Pat a Pony Sessions
Our Pat a Pony sessions start for riders aged 3 years+. These sessions are 30-minutes of learning how to groom and care for our ponies and horses.
About the Sessons
We have an outdoor, all purpose school with Andrew Bowens surface and flood lighting, so we can accommodate our lessons all year round!

What the sessions cover
- How to groom correctly.
- Learning about the individual items within a grooming kit and what they are used for.
- Naming different points of the pony/horse.
- How to be safe around ponies and horses and know how to approach them correctly.
- A small, assisted ride at the end of the session (for riders aged 3-5 years).
These sessions can be great as introductory sessions for new riders of all ages, to gain and build confidence in being around our lovely four-legged friends before progressing onto riding lessons.
Lessons/sessions can be booked anytime during our opening hours via our booking system.
